Street children’s experiences captured in a unique photography exhibition.
It will feature the amazing and moving work of three photographers; Lizzie Everard, Bex Morton and Matthew Oldfield. Their photographs reflect the lives of children living on the streets in Burundi, Kenya and South Africa. 'Our Streets' opens at the Menier Gallery in London on 8 November.
I exist as you exist; I am connected to you in your triumphs and your challenges. When you are diminished, I am diminished. When you are raised up, I am raised up with you.
The exhibition, curated by Lizzie Everard and Bex Morton, will run from Tuesday 8 to Saturday 12 November. The photographs featured in the exhibition will be available to purchase with proceeds going to support Street Action’s work with its partners in Burundi, Kenya and South Africa.
The Menier Gallery (www.meniergallery.co.uk) will be open for viewing at the following times:
Tuesday to Wednesday: 11:00 – 18:00
Thursday to Friday: 11:00 – 20:00
Saturday: 11:00 – 15:00
