Street Action USA internship 2009/10
Street Action USA and the University of San Francisco are collaborating on an internship for students entering Senior year. The goal of the Street Action USA Internship Program is to offer USF students an opportunity to improve their skills and knowledge as well as the experience of working for an international non-profit organization. Students work will be in exchange for academic credit.
This Program seeks students from all fields. Each student will have an enthusiasm and passion for promoting the work of Street Action and its partners and the needs and rights of street children. The program is designed to benefit both the student and Street Action’s ongoing work. Interns will be accountable to the board and directorship of Street Action, but will have regular support from a USF member of staff. The program intends to prepare interns who have an interest in working in the international development field or the voluntary and non-profit sector.
If you are a University of San Francisco (USF) student and interested in the Street Action USA internship for 2009/10, please download the application form by clicking here. The program will begin in September and will run until the May 2010.
